Family Welfare Center

The Family Welfare Center is a community development initiative of SHAKYA INTERNATIONAL – Human Resources Foundation dedicated to improving the overall well-being of families through education, healthcare, counseling, and social support services. The project focuses on strengthening family relationships, promoting healthy lifestyles, and creating awareness about child care, women's health, nutrition, sanitation, and mental wellness.

The center organizes health camps, family counseling sessions, parenting workshops, legal awareness programs, and livelihood support activities to help families overcome social and economic challenges. Special attention is given to underprivileged families, senior citizens, women, children, and persons with disabilities by connecting them with government welfare schemes and essential services.

Our objective is to build strong, healthy, and self-reliant families by encouraging education, financial literacy, social harmony, and community participation. Through dedicated volunteers and partnerships, the Family Welfare Center works to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every family can live with dignity, security, and hope for a brighter future.
